Family History

Researching family history has recently become popular. The Heritage Centre Museum has an archive corner with censuses, birth records, albums of school photographs, old newspaper cuttings, year books and features and photographs of village history and events.

A project is in hand to map the very extensive graveyard that surrounds the museum so that graves can be identified by visitors hunting their ancestors.
